As I send my kids to yet another year of school (cue the tears), I want to prepare their bodies for all the yummy germs that come along with this time of year. I want to support their little bodies for not only the germs, but the jitters and anxiety, and even the sleepless nights that come with school time.
Here are my favorite back to school oils, blends, rollers, and vitamins that are essential for school time.
To ensure good sleep I use
Sleepyize– I diffuse this one at night in their bedrooms to ensure a good night of sleep.
Tranquility Roller -on their feet before bed and during homework too. This keeps them calm and relaxed so they can sleep well.
Before School
Thieves Vitality– I use this for all of my immunity needs. I make my own cleaner with it, I rub it on their tiny feet, and I diffuse this one constantly during flu season. It provides extra immune support and kills germs in the process. You can roll this on them before bed too.
Thieves Hand Sanitizer– Pack this in your kids backpack so they can keep their hands clean through out the day!
For Homework time I love blending
Homework Blend (You can make your own rollers with this pack from Amazon, and this carrier oil. Add the following oils, top with a carrier oil, and its ready for use.)
2 drops of Peppermint essential oil
2 drops of Frankincense essential oil
2 drops of Orange essential oil
