Simple fixes can go a long way when it comes to room updates. Small changes make big differences, and these budget friendly updates can change your space altogether. This DIY took me all of 5 hours and in one day and with practically no budget, I managed to completely transform the space.
Below is a photo of our bathroom 5 years ago. I know, I know. Bad. Bad paint color, bad flooring, bad lighting, just bad. I painted the floor and chalk-painted the cabinets a couple years ago and I couldn’t believe what a difference it made. You can see the whole transformation HERE.
Fast forward a couple years and the floor are holding up great, but the cabinets have been dinged up pretty bad.
I knew it was time for a small update, so I purchased a quart of black chalk paint, some wax, and new hardware. I added a new plant to the space and some pretty faux flowers and I am loving the change!
