DIY Scroll

After my Fall Bedroom Post, I got so many requests for this DIY Scroll. I couldn’t wait to put it together for you all. These scrolls are so cute and popular right now, but they can also be pricey. This is a great alternative.

This DIY is easy and once you buy the materials, you can make multiple scrolls for each season!

Here is what you need:

Kraft Paper – or-  You can also use painting drop cloths from Home Depot. You can find these for $12.

Small and Large Sharpie

Twine

Tape, Paper clip

Step One:

Cut paper about 3 feet long. Roll 6″ from top and secure with tape or paper clip. Repeat step on the bottom and secure.

Step Two:

Write out your saying. You can use my projector method, or my paper tracing method. You can also learn about my tips and tricks for hand lettering in my DIY scroll video below.

Step Three:

Add Twine by sending it through the top of the scroll.

You guys. That’s it! Hang up your beautiful creation. I love this DIY, because large pieces for walls can cost a pretty penny. This DIY is under $15!

Remember to Pin images if you like it!

And don’t forget to comment below and tell me where you would put this for a chance to win the scroll! Giveaway will close next week 9/20/18 at Midnight!

  1. I would put this in my dining room. We plan on ship lapping the wall finding an old antique mantel and then hang this above it. ❤️love it so much!!!
